These are some really great ideas for raising funds for families! I like that they all involve your community in some way - that's a really effective way to spread the word and get support in your ventures!
I am interested in what play you might do with your friends? Would it be an original? or something already written?
I also think that organising a parade would be so much fun - How would you get money through this event? Would it be by selling tickets?
Wow! A history fair sounds awesome - would you have members of the community set up different booths? I always really like the food booths at fairs!! :) What kind of booths would you have?

Wow, these are really good ideas! That's awesome that you have read Shakespeare! Did you enjoy his work? I think one of my favourite stories might be Othello - I like the really tragic ones :) Is there a play in one of the stories you are working on at the moment?

I would write my own play for us to perform.
ReplyDeleteI read Shakespeare's complete works last term and got lots of good play writing ideas.
I would get people to pay to make a float and have donation buckets for people who watch it.
